Omnimedica
The project began with the language clinicians use in their working day. We created Omnimedica across every layer: the brand, website, content and visual production, the app and Auraspeech platform, and the Greek medical AI model at its core. Design and engineering were part of the same brief, from explaining the product to building the technology behind it.
Medical dictation sits within a wider process of editing, review and approval. The model, the interface and the platform needed to support that process together, with a clear place for the clinician's judgement.

Make the system understandable
We created the identity and the complete public-facing story, including the website, copy, films and product imagery. A restrained visual language gives the product demonstrations and explanations room to lead. The communication follows the reporting process, introducing the people and stages involved so that a technically complex platform can be understood through the work it supports.
Start with the language being spoken
We developed Med-1, the proprietary Greek medical AI model at the core of the system. Its purpose is specific: supporting the language of medical dictation within a working product. The model development sits alongside the design of the surrounding tools, including terminology and review, so the intelligence is part of a broader reporting experience. Clinical interpretation and final approval remain with the professionals using it.
Build the work around the words
We designed and developed the app and the complete Auraspeech platform. Dictation, editing, report preparation and oversight are brought into a shared workflow with views for the people involved. The interface gives those stages a visible structure, while the software supports the work behind them. Our role covered the product as a whole, from its interaction design to the engineering underneath.
A complete product and brand, developed from the underlying Greek medical AI model through to the app, platform and public website. Omnimedica brings model development, software engineering and communication design into a single body of work, with review and approval remaining part of the clinical workflow.
