Who we are

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, e-mail address, company name and, if you choose to share them, your job title, what you are looking for, a budget and timeline estimate, project details and an attached file. We also record the submission time and reference, the submitting connection’s IP address, browser information, language and acknowledgement of this policy.

Career applications ask for your selected role, name, email, location, relevant experience, a link to your work or professional profile, your answer to a role-specific question, availability, a CV and confirmation that you can work in Athens on a hybrid basis. We record your privacy acknowledgement and an application reference. Application content stays in the form while you complete it; it is not saved to browser storage.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with them through anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Google Analytics only sets its cookies, and Clarity only starts, after you accept the cookie notice. Declining or ignoring the notice keeps analytics cookie-free and Clarity off, and you can change your choice by clearing site data. We set no advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry, reply to it and, if we end up working together, to prepare that conversation. For career applications, we use what you share to assess your fit for the selected role and communicate with you about recruitment. The submission context helps us identify the enquiry, manage follow-up and limit misuse of the form. We do not add you to marketing lists, profile you or share your information with third parties for their own use.

How it travels and where it lives

Career applications also travel through Resend to our studio mailbox, with a receipt to the applicant. The receipt includes the application answers, CV filename and reference. The CV goes only to the studio. The server temporarily uses the submitting IP to limit repeated attempts; application emails do not include IP or browser details.

When you press send on the contact form, the form's answers are delivered to our studio mailbox as an e-mail through Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as a processor for that delivery. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. We also send a confirmation to the address you provide, including your answers, attachment name, submission time, reference and IP address. The attachment itself goes only to our studio. Your enquiry then lives in our mailbox like any other correspondence. Browser and language information appear only in the internal submission record.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation it belongs to stays relevant. If you would like your enquiry or application deleted, tell us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@designco.agency and we will sort it out. If you are in the EU you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority; in Greece that is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
