Clarity where it matters most.

Medical platforms ask a lot of their users. Information is dense, attention is limited and the sequence of a task matters. We want a designer who can work with domain specialists, understand the workflow and shape interfaces that feel calm, legible and purposeful under pressure.

01 / The mandate

What you’ll own.

  • Translate clinical and operational workflows into coherent journeys for care teams, administrators and patients.
  • Design information hierarchies for records, results, scheduling and complex forms with clear states and actionable context.
  • Build accessible, consistent components and prototypes in Figma, pen.dev and FlowNode.
  • Test assumptions with relevant users and domain experts, making uncertainty and research findings visible to the team.
  • Partner with engineers and stakeholders on permissions, sensitive-data presentation, implementation detail and design QA.

02 / The standard

What you bring.

  • 5+ years in professional UX/UI or product design, including medical, healthcare or comparably complex specialist software.
  • A portfolio showing how research and domain constraints shaped a polished, shipped interface.
  • Strong information architecture, interaction design, data presentation and accessible visual craft.
  • A confident Figma practice, readiness to design with pen.dev, and the curiosity to master FlowNode, Designco’s proprietary tool. We’ll introduce you to FlowNode; prior access is not expected.
  • The discipline to validate clinical terminology and workflow decisions with qualified domain specialists.

03 / The extra edge

Even better.

  • Experience with clinical records, diagnostic workflows, patient portals or medical operations.
  • Usability research with specialist users, complex permissions or multilingual interfaces.

04 / The studio

Close to the work.

Athens-based, with a hybrid rhythm. You’ll work directly with designers, engineers and specialists, with access to the people making the decisions.

Bring judgement, curiosity and a high standard for your own work. We’ll bring ambitious briefs, a multidisciplinary studio and room for your contribution to matter.
